The new start menu in Windows 11 is on a slow roll out around the world like all the new functionality Microsoft is adding to Windows 11, they do that so they can check for any reported bugs in the new functionality, then patch it and release the new functionality to a wider user base. If you have installed all udpates, then there is nothing further you need to do, the new Start Menu will appear soon on your PC.

Even after receiving the needed updates for the new start menu, nothing has changed. I still have the same old start menu. When will my computer be updated? It is already 2/1/2026, and nothing has been done.
