Error when enabling passwordless account: "We couldn't send a notification to your phone at this time"

Hey Community,
I have an issue to enable passwordless account. Account is Personal.

I have successfully set up Microsoft Authenticator on my Android 11 phone. And I can sign-in to Microsoft account using the Microsoft Authenticator confirmation push notifications instead of typing in the password.

But when I try to enable Passwordless Account at Advanced Security page of my Microsoft Account the message pop ups: "Request wasn't sent. We couldn't send a notification to your phone at this time. Please try again."

I have tried so far:
Re-enable Microsoft Authenticator method at Microsoft Account Security page.
Re-installing Microsoft Authenticator at my phone
but the issue persists.

Can someone advise how to overcome the issue?
