Hello, I discovered this forum thanks to my internship.During this internship
I was faced with a problem and I was wondering if there is a way to use encrypted flash drives thanks to Bitlocker without users having to enter the password. Knowing that there are too many PCs (and in several cities) for us to plug flash drives one by one and enter the password to activate the auto unlock afterwards.

The goal is to have encrypted USB sticks distributed to users that they cannot use on other PCs outside the network and without them knowing the password but to provide the possibility of saving data offline when traveling for example, or of sharing it offline.
Users must not have personal use of it.
The idea is to have secure and authenticated flash drives. We could authorize access to USB drives with their product ID and vendor ID but in this case a user could bring their own USB drives from the same manufacturer and it would be authorized.

Thanks for the help

    Hi there,

So your end goal is to have a USB that can be opened without a password only on specific Computers. I am afraid that might not be possible . There is no way to bypass the BitLocker recovery key when you want to unlock a BitLocker encrypted drive without a password.
