To help narrow down the issue:
- Are you signing in on your Mac with the same Microsoft account email that was used to purchase or manage the Microsoft 365 Family subscription?
- Was this subscription purchased directly from Microsoft, or through Apple (App Store), or another retailer?
- In https://account.microsoft.com/services, does the order number you mentioned show under Order history, even if no active subscription appears?
For Microsoft 365 Family specifically, another common cause is that the organizer account may still be active, but the Family sharing was removed or reset, which would make it look like the license vanished for members.
