    Hello Shiva Kumar,

Thank you for reaching out in Microsoft Q&A forum.

I understand how frustrating this is since you bought a valid product key, but during redemption it only shows a one‑month trial and does not let you complete the activation.

The error ConversionBlockedSyndicated appears when the Microsoft account already has an active “syndicated” subscription (for example, a trial, OEM, carrier‑bundled, or retailer‑managed plan). While that type of subscription is active, Microsoft does not allow a retail product key to be applied or converted, so the system stops the redemption and only offers the trial path.

Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services and check which Microsoft 365 subscription is currently active on the account

If a trial or third‑party subscription is active, you can wait for it to expire, then redeem the Bing Lee product key.

Or contact Microsoft Support and request a manual conversion so the retail key can be applied without losing remaining time:

    1. Go to Contact Us - Microsoft and sign in your account.
    2. Type Can't install in the search box.
    3. Click Get help and Select Contact Support.
    4. Choose Microsoft 365 and Office as Products and Services; and Technical support as Category
    5. Click Confirm.
    6. You can choose to chat with a support representative.

Note: The chat support team only works during certain working hours. Therefore, if the last window indicates that you are unavailable, try opening it again the next day. If you prefer phone support, you can leave a phone number. That way, they can call you and help you.

The error code ConversionBlockedSyndicated typically indicates that there is an issue with the product key you are trying to apply, possibly due to restrictions related to the key's origin or the type of subscription it is intended for. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot this issue:

    1. Verify the Product Key: Ensure that the product key you received is valid and has not been used or expired.
    2. Check Subscription Type: Make sure that the product key is compatible with the subscription type you are trying to activate. Some keys are restricted to specific versions or regions.
    3. Contact Support: If the issue persists, consider reaching out to Microsoft Support for assistance. They can provide specific guidance based on the correlation ID you provided, which can help them trace the issue more effectively.
    4. Region Compatibility: Ensure that the product key is applicable in your region. Some keys may only work in specific geographical areas.

If you have followed these steps and still face issues, contacting support would be the best course of action to resolve the problem.
