    @Liz Papineau Thanks for reaching out.

    For registering your Device, you first need to remove the entry from Azure AD and the device itself.

    On Device

    ===========

    Go to Start - settings - Accounts -- Access work or School
    Under this, click on disconnect option.

    On Azure portal

    ============

    Click on delete while selecting the device you want to remove :

    Once the removal is done, register the account again, by going to Start - - settings - Accounts -- Access work or School and click on connect and provide the credentials.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your question.

    1. Please unjoin from on-prem AD then wait till synced with Azure AD.
    2. Rename the PC with different name and join to on-prem AD.
    3. Login with your Microsoft subscription account from Settings->Work or school. -> add
    4. After sync you should see new name of PC
    5. Remove old PC name from Azure AD portal.
