network clogging

I have 150mbps download and upload speed but whenever i start any game my download speed becomes 4 to 8mbps and upload speed goes to 0.22mbps idk whats causing this to clog my network while i game

    Yes i already have switched the dns server and i dont use vpn i think its lenovo vantage some network performing boost and sadly i dont have access to it from its application its basically stopping my network to go anywhere other then games and if i need to change it then there is no toggle option so is there any way from windows side i can do to toggle that specific option off ?

    Thanks, this is, I believe, a server issue in that case. Did you try changing the DNS server, or turning off VPN if any?

    There are few many processes running in the network section and i think many are duplicate names there like svchost.exe, chatgpt.exe, steamwebhelper.exe, system, chrome.exe, legionspace, pathofexilesteam.exe, msedge.exe
    but netword utilization shows 0% and Network I/O is fluctuating btw 5kbps to 50kbps
    its not specific issue with microsoft store but i believe there is something blocking my network when i play any type of game so the network only goes to my game and nowhere else

    Hi Bhav,

    Lately, many people are reporting slow download speeds with the Microsoft Store.

    Press Windows+R keys on the keyboard, or Right-click Start on the Taskbar and choose Run.

    Type resmon.exe

    Press Enter.

    On the Network Tab, do you see any process taking network?
