    Hello !

Are you using a personal or work/school Microsoft account ?
If you're using a work/school account, the AI answer above is correct. You need to ask your IT administrator to remove your email from the quarantine. You cannot do it by yourself.

However, the personal version of Outlook does not have a quarantine. You'll have to check in the junk mail folder, or whitelist the domain in Outlook's settings.
Here's how to proceed with the new Outlook :

To find emails that have been put in quarantine in Outlook, you can access the Microsoft Defender portal. Here are the steps:

    1. Go to the Email & collaboration section in the Microsoft Defender portal.
    2. Navigate to Review > Quarantine > Email tab.
    3. Here, you can view your quarantined messages.

Additionally, you can see the Quarantine reason for each email, which explains why it was quarantined (e.g., spam, malware, etc.).

For more detailed management of quarantined messages, you may need to follow specific policies set by your organization regarding the release or deletion of these emails.
