This version of scam has been going around. Microsoft doesn't just terminate your account. Is the sender from aol.com? I would say, definitely ignore it.

To determine if the emails you are receiving about your Outlook email being terminated are legitimate, you should check the sender's email address. Legitimate emails from Microsoft support will typically come from domains such as:

    1. microsoft.com
    2. microsoftsupport.com
    3. mail.support.microsoft.com

If the emails are coming from a different domain, such as ******@outlook.com or ******@microsoft.net, they are likely phishing scams. Always exercise caution and verify the authenticity of the emails before taking any action, such as clicking on links or providing personal information.
