Emails not received

Two emails sent directly to my address by two different senders never arrived, but another recipient received them and forwarding works. The messages do not exist in my mailbox at all. My address was correctly specified in the original emails. I have no rules in place, and the senders are not blocked. I am using the web version of outlook. Is there a way to solve the issue, and make sure that I receive all the emails addressed to me?

    Hi,

please ask the senders if they received non-delivering or vice versa delivering notifications and the exact text of the notification. This will help to understand the reason of non-delivering.

It sounds like you are experiencing an issue with not receiving certain emails in your Outlook web mailbox. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue:

    1. Check Spam or Junk Folder: Sometimes, emails may be incorrectly filtered into the spam or junk folder. Make sure to check these folders for the missing emails.
    2. Verify Email Address: Ensure that the senders have the correct email address. Even a small typo can prevent emails from reaching you.
    3. Check Email Forwarding Settings: Since you mentioned that forwarding works, verify that there are no forwarding rules set up that might redirect emails to another address without your knowledge. You can check this in your Outlook settings.
    4. Review Blocked Senders: Double-check your blocked senders list to ensure that the senders are not inadvertently blocked.
    5. Check for Inbox Rules: Although you mentioned you have no rules, it’s worth revisiting the rules section in Outlook to confirm that there are no hidden or inactive rules affecting your inbox.
    6. Storage Quota: Ensure that your mailbox is not full. If you have reached your storage limit, new emails may not be delivered. You can check your storage usage in Outlook settings.
    7. Contact Support: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, consider reaching out to Microsoft support for further assistance. They can provide more specific help regarding your account.

By following these steps, you should be able to identify and resolve the issue with missing emails.
