Constant Rediculous Outlook Email Complaints

I apologize but I am excessively upset at losing foster care and other critical emails on my new Outlook.com email account. Outlook.com email is a massive constant failure and there is NEVER an explanation or information available on how to fix it THAT MATCHES THE ISSUE THAT YOU ARE HAVING and why should we have to put up with this. I thought I would be bettering myself by switching from Gmail to Outlook but I only went downhill and lost all emails that were deathly important in the process. Microsoft can build and engineer computers and software but they don't know what a telephone is. There's no support available to fix anything. What kind of company hates the public that much that they won't even help potential customers and I don't want to hear pandemic excuses. When your in business AND OPERATIONAL, you speak to your customers and solve problems, not make them worse for the customer by not being able to contact someone immediately.
My emails are disappearing every 3 days and all my important ones are gone. What kind of a service do you run here. Emails should stay with your email address permanently, not dissappear every few days. I wanted a new email for my foster care program but with this nonsense going on, I can't trust Microsoft with the safety of the children in my care.
I guess I have to find a better, more responsible company that has working equipment that I can depend on unless someone at Microsoft can go to school and learn what a telephone is??
Now how do you fix this problem permanently or do I cancel all accounts (including/especially Outlook mail) on the internet again and find someone who knows what they're doing? I can't believe how hard this company makes it for people to contact them when their is trouble. Definitely not a user friendly company!
