Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

Could you please confirm where you purchased your Microsoft 365 subscription?

For example, did you buy it through the Microsoft Store using your Microsoft account (ending in @hotmail.com or @outlook.com), or through the Apple App Store using your @icloud.com Apple ID?

If you purchased it through the Apple Store, you should have used your @icloud.com account for the purchase, and the subscription might have been tied to that account.

You can open App Store, then go to Settings > Click on Subscriptions.

You should see 'Microsoft Office 365 Personal' in the lists.

After the purchase, you should receive a receipt showing which Apple account the product is linked to. You can sign in with that account to download and install the Office applications.

If your Microsoft 365 Personal subscription is not showing up in your account, you can follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Check Your Account: Ensure that you are signed in with the correct Microsoft account that has the subscription. Sometimes, users have multiple accounts and may be logged into the wrong one.
    2. Verify Subscription Status: Go to the Microsoft account website and check the subscription status. Ensure that your subscription is active and not expired.
    3. Sign Out and Sign Back In: Open a Microsoft 365 app (like Word or Excel), sign out of your account, and then sign back in to refresh the account status.
    4. Update Microsoft 365: Make sure that your Microsoft 365 apps are up to date. Open an app, go to File > Account > Update options > Update now.
    5. Contact Support: If the issue persists, consider reaching out to Microsoft support for assistance, as they can provide specific help regarding your account and subscription issues.

By following these steps, you should be able to resolve the issue with your Microsoft 365 subscription not appearing in your account.
