Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.
If the recovery options are not working, the recovery files might be damaged. Try to repair the Windows startup using the recovery environment from an installation media.
If you don't have an installation media, create one using the Media Creation Tool.
You can create the installation media on an empty USB flash drive with at least 8GB.
Below are instructions for creating installation media on a USB flash drive.
(You will need to create the installation media on a working Windows computer.)

(Note that the files on the USB flash drive will be deleted. Make a backup of the files if necessary.)
With the installation media, access the recovery environment as follows:
I suggest trying the same options you tried using the Windows Recovery Environment. The difference is that the files from the installation media will be used.
Regarding the issue of typing a "-" instead of a "/", this is due to the keyboard layout.
In WinRE (Windows Recovery Environment), look for the keyboard layout selector (usually on the first screen when you enter recovery). Change it to match your actual keyboard.
Let me know the result.
Feel free to ask back any questions.

It seems you're experiencing a significant issue with your Windows 11 installation on your Asus TUF A16 laptop. Since you've already tried several recovery options without success, here are a few additional steps you might consider:
chkdsk /f /r on your system drive.sfc /scannow. This will scan for and attempt to repair any corrupted system files. If these steps do not resolve the issue, it may be beneficial to contact Microsoft Support or Asus support for further assistance.
