I have been billed three times in two weeks. I should only have one Office 365 account for Ware Timberlands at ******@waretimberlands2.com. I need help with being charged multiple times. My normal charge is $12 per month. I was charged $15 January 25th, $12 on January 26th, and $12.60 on February 1st. Please help me make this corrections so I do not have to disconnect from Office 365. I need to speak to a representative to resolve this before any more charges are made.

To address the issue of being billed multiple times for your Office 365 account, it is recommended that you contact Microsoft Billing Support directly. Since this situation involves sensitive account information and billing adjustments, the community forum cannot assist with these types of requests.

Here are the steps you can follow to contact support:

    1. Visit the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and log in with your admin credentials.
    2. Click on the help & support button, usually located at the bottom right of the dashboard.
    3. Enter a query related to billing issues in the search bar.
    4. Select "Contact support" and fill out the necessary details regarding your issue.
    5. Choose your preferred contact method and submit your request.

This will ensure that your billing concerns are addressed by a representative who can assist you with correcting the charges and preventing further issues.
