Can't send emails

I can receive emails with no problem, but when I send emails, some go through, but most of the time, I get this error message.

    Hi. I'm Brian and I'll try to help.

    I looked into the correct settings for Xplornet and they are not what you're using. You should be using encryption for the connections to the server. You should allow Outlook to automatically configure the account instead of doing it manually, but it that doesn't work, see this guidance from Xplornet: https://www.xplore.ca/documents/Windows10MobileOutlookMail_ChangeSettings_English202106.pdf

    We had to change our rotor out but other than that nothing.

    Has sending ever worked? If so, what changed on your computer between then and now? What values for server name, port and encryption are you using for the outgoing server?
