Hello,

my microsoft 365 subscription is activated on the wrong email ID by mistake .

I want to remove the incorrect email and transfer the subscription to my correct account .

i am the owner of laptop i can provide the purchase invoice if required

.

    Hello,

    Microsoft does not support moving a subscription between Microsoft accounts. Sign in with the Microsoft account linked to your Capital One card using this link https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2246882

    After sign in, select Investigate charge, pick the transaction, and submit for review. The billing team checks ownership and payment, then contacts you about refund steps if eligible. After refund, buy the subscription again using your correct account.
