Unable to launch a basic App Service, getting failure container did not start

Hello,

I have been getting the following error, after increasing the service plan to S2 and increasing timeout to highest possible value:

"Container did not start within expected time limit of 1800s."

My app is just doing a simple node.js based "hello world" and its failing to launch the same. Kindly help suggest what am I doing wrong.
