    Hi,

Thank you for sharing your question. I get why you’d rather speak with a real person, especially since you pay for a bunch of accounts and aren't sure which login goes with which subscription. It’s a pain when the billing doesn’t match up with the accounts you use daily. Usually, this happens because Microsoft subscriptions are linked to the email you used when you bought them. So, if you used more than one email, the subscriptions can seem scattered all over the place.

The easiest fix is to sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services with every email address you might've used and check out the active subscriptions listed. This will show you which account owns which subscription. Once you know for sure, you can either cancel the plans you don't need or put everything under one account when your next bill comes around.

May I also ask, Is there a specific email or subscription type you’re scratching your head about that you want me to help you find first? I’m here to help, so shoot me any details you want to share, and I’ll walk you through what to do next.

    I hope this helps.

    Best Regards,

    Noel
