To cancel your Microsoft 365 subscription, you can follow these steps:

1. Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center.
   • If you're using the Simplified view, select Subscriptions.
   • If you're using the Dashboard view, go to Billing > Your products.
2. Select the subscription that you want to cancel.
3. On the subscription details page, in the Subscription and payment settings section, select Cancel subscription.
4. In the Options for canceling your subscription pane, select either Cancel now or Cancel before the next renewal date, then select Next.
5. Choose a reason for canceling, provide optional feedback, and then select Cancel now.
6. If you have multiple subscriptions, repeat these steps for each one you wish to cancel.

After cancellation, your subscription status will show as Disabled, and you will have reduced functionality until it is deleted. Make sure your users save their data before canceling, as access to data will be lost when the cancellation becomes effective.
