A personal and business subscription to Microsoft 365 are two different things.
Microsoft 365 Personal is a consumer subscription tied to a personal Microsoft account, and Microsoft 365 Business is a subscription tied to an organization tenant, with enterprise-grade features : security control, user accounts, and domain name.
You cannot convert a personal Microsoft 365 subscription directly into a business one : you must buy a business subscription and then configure it from scratch. Domain name, access control, etc...
Once everything is correctly set up, you'll need to import your files and emails manually.
