    Hello !

A personal and business subscription to Microsoft 365 are two different things.
Microsoft 365 Personal is a consumer subscription tied to a personal Microsoft account, and Microsoft 365 Business is a subscription tied to an organization tenant, with enterprise-grade features : security control, user accounts, and domain name.
You cannot convert a personal Microsoft 365 subscription directly into a business one : you must buy a business subscription and then configure it from scratch. Domain name, access control, etc...
Once everything is correctly set up, you'll need to import your files and emails manually.

If you're OK with the extra steps, you can start the subscription process for business versions of Microsoft 365 here : https://www.aka.ms/office365signup

Please let me know if you have any other question !

To upgrade your Microsoft 365 personal account to a business account, you will need to follow a series of steps. Here’s a general outline of the process:

    1. Choose a Business Plan: Determine which Microsoft 365 business plan suits your needs. You can explore various options available for business accounts.
    2. Sign Up for a Business Account: Go to the Microsoft 365 website and sign up for the business plan you have chosen. Ensure that you create the account under the same organization as your personal account if you want to migrate data.
    3. Migrate Your Data: You can move your OneDrive, Outlook, and Teams data from your personal account to your new business account. For detailed steps on how to migrate your data, refer to the relevant Microsoft support articles.
    4. Set Up Outlook and Other Services: After migrating your data, set up Outlook for your business email and configure any other services you need.
    5. Cancel Personal Subscription: If you no longer need your personal subscription, you can cancel it after ensuring all necessary data has been migrated to your business account.

For more specific instructions on migrating data and setting up your business account, you can refer to the Microsoft documentation.
