I currently have a charge going through my bank account titled as "Microsoft 365p #5816." for the amount of $13.23 Sometimes it goes through as Halifax NCSA and sometimes Mississauga. I am trying to put a cancellation on this payment or at least ensure that it is not renewed. I see it nowhere in my subscription page. How am I going to cancel if it does not show up on my account. Is there anyway someone on the Microsoft end can confirm what this is for and ensure that my subscription is not renewed. or is there a phone number that I can contact a person.

thanks in advance

Sharon

To cancel your Microsoft 365 subscription or ensure that it is not renewed, you typically need to access your account at account.microsoft.com/services. However, since you mentioned that the subscription does not show up on your account, it may be challenging to manage it directly.

Here are a few steps you can take:

  1. Check for Multiple Accounts: Ensure that you are signed in with the correct Microsoft account. Sometimes users have multiple accounts, and the subscription might be linked to a different one.
  2. Contact Microsoft Support: Since you cannot find the subscription, it would be best to contact Microsoft Billing Support. You can do this by visiting the Microsoft support page and selecting the option for billing issues. They can help confirm what the charge is for and assist you in canceling it.
  3. Bank Action: If you are unable to resolve the issue through Microsoft, you might consider contacting your bank to dispute the charge or to block future payments.

Unfortunately, I cannot provide a direct phone number for Microsoft support, but they typically offer chat support through their website, which can be a quick way to get assistance.
