i would like to ask if how can we fix this error on the subject.

SAME error and its freezing when I try to reply to emails.
And I have NO signature unless I add it manually and it has no images.
Why are Microsoft issues SO ANNOYING!!!!!!

hi all,

for the update on my post

the pop-up message not showing already after I recreate the email signature on the windows side then setup this to the user who encountered this popup using (Macbook)

upon confirmation, the email signature created on MacBook is sizing 80 to 120kb & for windows side is around 30-36kb only.

possible this is the solution for the users encountered this when emailing with email signature especially image base.

This is becoming very annoying and turning the use of Outlook Online in a Chromebook an impossible task.

70% of the emails I'm replying to are showing this error and there is an absurd lag between typing the message and seeing the text.

Hi @MP

This error is usually caused by large image presented in the signature. So if it happens that the problematic draft has a signature with image, try removing the image and see if it helps.

actually tried already removing the email signature and the error not showing.
but in my company, we need the email signature when sending.

I also tried to resize the email signature but still, the error is showing.

Hi @MP

Thanks for providing further information, and this issue seems to be caused by the large size of signature. We can only try to keep reducing the size of it until the error not showing.
Or you could consider using the disclaimer in mailflow rule from server side to replace your signature as a workaround.

No, because the email notifications go on and on and there doesn't seem to be any way to stop them. Or, if there is, it's way too complicated for me to figure out!

Did you find an answer to this?
My company just switched to Microsoft365 email & I think it's going to be a big problem.
We have to use a signature and the logo; I can't see how to get it any smaller.

Is it possible to take a photograph of my signature including the corporate logo then try to reduce that?

I'd recommend scanning rather than taking a photo. Sign on a very clean piece of white paper, or better yet white cardstock, to minimize background clean-up later. Scan it. If you don't have access to Photoshop, use the free open-source alternative, www.getPaint.net (NOT Microsoft Paint). Open the logo image and your signature image. Change the image canvas size to allow for more space above the logo. Create a blank layer in the logo image. Copy the signature image then paste it into your blank layer. Size and position it as needed. Save it as a JPG or PNG file, flattening it. Voila.
