I'm having trouble adding a Hardware item in the Partner Center.
I'm trying to add the Hardware program to get driver certification, but it shows as “Active In” yet is in a “Deactivated” state.
To resolve this issue, I've sent a “Support Request” for 10 months, but the response is always the same:
“This account has been suspended due to non-compliance with the hardware program. All partners are required to accept our current agreements and successfully complete Account Verification to be compliant. If you believe your account was suspended in error or can demonstrate your account is compliant, please provide evidence..........”
I've also submitted an appeal request, but it hasn't been resolved.
Is this truly an unsolvable problem?
Desperate for any solution, I'm posting here as a last resort.
