Child Consent locked loop

I have a child tied to the incorrect Family account. I gave the consent on this account; however, I am unable to remove consent as it is stuck in a loop. The loop is: I sign into my account and then sign into Microsoft Family Safety. I see the child there. I click the 3 dots for the options and get "Manage Consent" and "Remove from Family Group". I choose "Remove from Family Group" and I get a pop up that says I need to remove consent and I get sent back to the "Family Safety" page. This time I select "Manage Consent" and I get taken to a webpage that simply says "n the United States, South Korea, Brazil, and the EU, legislation requires that children have adult consent before creating an online account. You can use this page to manage the child accounts for which you provided consent. Learn more." It then has a link that takes me back to the "Family Safety" page. I cannot seem to get out of this loop. I have tried to login with both of my microsoft accounts and cannot remove consent.
