Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

Did you make any recent display or graphics driver changes to your PC? Please also check whether the display resolution and scaling are set to the recommended values in your display settings.

(Go to Start > Settings > System > Display > Scale & Layout)

To rearrange the icons back to their normal position on the desktop:

    1. Right-click an empty area of the desktop.
    2. Select View.
    3. Check Auto arrange icons and then select Align icons to grid.

Let me know if you still need more help.

In Windows 11, the taskbar cannot be moved to the left or right sides of the screen like it could in previous versions of Windows. Currently, the taskbar is fixed at the bottom of the screen. If you want to provide feedback or request this feature, you can use the Feedback Hub by pressing WIN+F to submit your suggestions to Microsoft.
