If you're unable to access the Microsoft Authenticator app on your new devices and are stuck in a loop asking for a sign-in code, there are a few steps you can take to regain access:

    1. Alternative Sign-in Methods: If you have set up alternative sign-in methods (like SMS or email), try using those to log in instead of relying solely on the Authenticator app.
    2. Reset Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): If you are the only administrator for your Microsoft account, you might need to reset your MFA settings. This can typically be done by contacting Microsoft support directly. They can assist you in resetting your MFA so you can set up the Authenticator app again.
    3. Create a Temporary Account: If you cannot reach support, consider creating a new trial tenant to submit a support ticket. This will allow you to contact Microsoft support regarding your locked account.
    4. Contact Microsoft Support: If you are still having trouble, reach out to Microsoft support through their customer service hotline. Be prepared to provide details about your situation, including your account type and that you are the sole administrator.

These steps should help you regain access to your account and set up the Authenticator app on your new devices.
