Unable to delete APIM Instance

I have been attempting to delete an APIM instance for the last 3 days, every time I try it goes into a deleting state for a long time, then eventually reverts back to its current state. How can I resolve this and delete it?

Thanks for the confirmation. Glad the issue is resolved.

Solution:

The service was stuck in a bad state, and our Engineering team has unlocked the service and deleted it. The APIM instance got deleted successfully.
