Is there a way to change the default increment from 30 to 15 minutes in the drop-down menu when creating appointments and meetings? I'm NOT seeking to change the display in the calendar, just the choices offered in the drop down menu.

Here's a screenshot of what I hope to changeUser's image

    Dear @Reid-7439,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A forum. I am happy to assist you.

To change the time scale in Classic Outlook, please follow the steps below:

    1. Go to Calendar.
    2. Select the calendar you want to adjust.
    3. Open the View tab.
    4. Click the three‑dots icon.
    5. Choose Time Scale and select 15 minutes. User's image
    6. Close Outlook and reopen it to apply the change.

After restarting, your calendar will display time slots in 15‑minute intervals, making it easier to manage shorter appointments and schedule your time more precisely.

I have the same need to adjust the default increments to 15 minutes or 10 minutes when creating meeting appointments.
