How can I get release notes of the autheticator?
The information in the app store is nonsense, just the infor about new features. As Admin with abour 200.000 accounts I need such information in advance. Espacially the passkey changes are always just happening...
So how can I get them?

Best regards, Stefan

To access the release notes for the Microsoft Authenticator app, you can refer to the official Microsoft documentation, which provides detailed information about new features and updates. For example, recent updates include the introduction of passkey authentication and changes to the registration experience for passkeys in the Authenticator app. This information is crucial for administrators managing a large number of accounts, as it helps in preparing for upcoming changes.

For the latest updates and release notes, you can check the following resources:

    • Upcoming changes: Jailbreak/Root detection for Microsoft Entra credentials in the Authenticator app will be introduced, which is important for security management.
    • Public Preview: Passkey authentication features and enhancements are also highlighted in the release notes.

You can find this information on the Microsoft Learn website, which regularly updates release notes for various Microsoft products, including the Authenticator app.
