Hi,
Sometimes you need to add someone as co organizer in a Teams meeting but the option is not easy to find. To make it work you must add that person first as a required attendee in the meeting. After that you open the meeting options and choose their name under choose co organizers. People from outside your org cannot be co organizer. Only people inside your org can do it. When you save it they will get almost the same permission as the organizer like helping manage the meeting and editing some options.
