I've discovered I'm being billed twice for Microsoft 365 under two different credit cards. The account I want to delete is under an outlook.com email that I don't have the password for. I've tried recovering the password, but have been unsuccessful. Help!

Hey there! Nice to meet you!

Please be advised that unless the account owner is able to access the account, subscription cancellation is not possible, and Microsoft personnel cannot retrieve this information.

If you are no longer able to recover your account, you will need to reach out directly to your bank and request to freeze all charges from Microsoft, cancelling the subscription on its renewal in the process.

You may also need to request a new payment method.

Thank you for your understanding.

Best regards,

Darhyl

To resolve the issue of being billed twice for Microsoft 365 under two different credit cards, you will need to contact Microsoft Billing Support directly, especially since you do not have access to the account associated with the outlook.com email. Here are the steps you can follow:

    1. Contact Microsoft Billing Support: Since you cannot access the account, it's best to reach out to Microsoft directly for assistance. You can do this by visiting the Microsoft support page and selecting the appropriate options for billing issues.
    2. Provide Details: When you contact support, explain your situation clearly, including the fact that you are being billed twice and do not have access to the email account associated with one of the subscriptions.
    3. Consider Alternative Options: If you are unable to resolve the issue through Microsoft support, you might also consider contacting your credit card issuer to dispute the charges for the subscription you wish to cancel.

Unfortunately, without access to the email account, it may be challenging to manage the subscription directly through Microsoft's online services.
