If you're not seeing the 6-digit code in the Microsoft Authenticator app, there are a few things you can check:

    1. Ensure the App is Updated: Make sure that the Microsoft Authenticator app is updated to the latest version on your device.
    2. Check Account Setup: Verify that the account you are trying to sign in with is properly set up in the Authenticator app. You should see your account listed, and tapping on it should display the one-time password (OTP) code.
    3. Refresh the App: Sometimes, the app may need to be refreshed. You can pull down to refresh the account list in the Authenticator app.
    4. Re-add the Account: If the code still does not appear, consider removing the account from the Authenticator app and re-adding it. You will need to go through the setup process again to link it to your Microsoft account.
    5. Check for Notifications: If your account is set up for notifications, ensure that you are allowing notifications from the Authenticator app on your device.

If you continue to experience issues, you may need to contact Microsoft support for further assistance.
