If you ordered Microsoft 365 but only need Microsoft Office, you can still use Microsoft Office applications like Word, Excel, and Outlook through your Microsoft 365 subscription. Microsoft 365 includes these applications as part of the service. If you're having issues with the order or need to make changes, you might want to contact Microsoft support for assistance with your subscription.

To manage your subscription or to seek help, you can visit the Microsoft support page for customer service options.

Which specific product do you have? If you ordered Microsoft 365 Personal you have the right to download and install the classic Office programs on multiple devices.

On the other hand, if you prefer a one-time payment license, consider Office Home & Business 2024 which gives you Word, Excel, PowerPoint and classic Outlook. Note that this version is for one computer (PC or Mac) and one user (no mobile apps or OneDrive storage included).
