Outlook not responding

Outlook gives an not responding error.

Also get error code 0x800300FD

Also when exiting outlook I am asked if I want to empty the deleted folder

also no longer stores emails on my computer. When I launch outlook is downloads email from my email server. this started two weeks ago

    Hello! I'm more than happy to help you today!

    Please add new outlook profile to bypass the error.

    -Close Outlook completely.

    Press the Windows key on your keyboard.

    Type this and press Enter:

    Control Panel
    

    If you don’t see “Mail”, look in the top-right and change “View by” to Small icons.

    -Click Mail.

    -Click Show Profiles.

    -Click Add.

    When it asks for a name, type:

    New
    

    Click OK.

    Enter your email address and password and let Outlook set it up automatically.

    When it finishes, select “Always use this profile” and choose the new profile you just created.

    Click OK, then please test again.
