Unable to delete a recovery services valut

Question

I am unable to delete a recovery services vault. The error message is: "Vault cannot be deleted as there are existing resources within the vault. : 210902-13."

The resource 210902-13 does not exist in the vault I have gone as far as to install Chocolaty and verify the item does not exist. If I try to delete the vault using Chocolaty I do not receive a dependency error but the vault does not delete. If I try to delete the said item 210902-13 using Chocolaty I get a resource does not exist error message.

I need to delete this vault and close my subscription ASAP.
