I wanted to let you know that I have already attempted the troubleshooting steps you mentioned, including running SFC and DISM, but unfortunately, the Error 0x800700b7 persists.
Since these repairs didn't resolve the issue, I suspect the conflict might be on the development side rather than my local configuration. I am hopeful that this is a known bug within this specific build and that Microsoft will provide a fix in an upcoming release. I will follow your advice and wait for the next update to see if it resolves itself.
