Microsoft Azure Backup encountered an internal error. (ID: 130001)

Hi!

I am reinstalling the Microsoft Azure Backup Agent (MARS) on a Windows Server 2016 Standard, but when I insert the Vault credentials, downloaded from the Azure portal, I get the following error:

"Microsoft Azure Backup encountered an internal error. (ID: 130001). Wait for a few minutes and then try the operation again. If the issue persists, please contact Microsoft support."

I've tried redoing the process and downloading the vault credentials again but the error persists.

Do I need to be performing any other procedures before installation or any other analysis?

    Problem solved after changing some rules in Kaspersky antivirus!
