I changed my Microsoft 365 subscription prior to the automated billing and still got charged the original bill per my credit card.

I'm in loop hello trying to figure out how to correct this.

If you changed your Microsoft 365 subscription before the automated billing but still received a charge for the original subscription, it could be due to a few reasons. Commonly, changing your billing frequency or cancelling any paid subscriptions can lead to unexpected charges.

To resolve this issue, you should contact Microsoft Billing Support directly. They can help you understand the charges and assist in correcting any billing errors. Here are the steps to contact support:

  1. Visit the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and log in with your admin credentials.
  2. Select the help & support button, typically located at the bottom right of the dashboard.
  3. Type in your issue and select "Contact support" to get assistance.

This should help you get out of the loop and resolve your billing issue.
