Irritating Outlook issues

For weeks I have not been able to open attachments - I have to fwd the mail to another address in order to open them - and NOW I can send email immediately - takes 10 minutes! I also cannot search - it's a waste of time. Important - I am techno challenged!

    Where did you sign in to Outlook? Please try checking the Outlook web version to see if everything looks normal:

    https://outlook.live.com/mail/0/

    Please let me know where you signed in to Outlook and opened the attachment so I can determine the cause. Kindly provide this information, thank you.
