Tenant Errors Recieved

So I'm getting an error with my Azure Tenants. Through extensive Copilot help, I was able to find out that my original Microsoft tenant was disabled and block due to being unused. However, it looks like a new one was created for me.

However, I am unable to see certain details about my tenant and it is worrying me since I would like to use this tenant for testing purposes.

This first image is the two tenants in my subscription. One of the tenants is unusable and gives me a blocked error anytime I try to use it, so it is there for show.

The blade on the right side comes up when I click on details for the active tenant, but all the details up top are missing. Furthermore, the name field is blank, however, when you mouse over it, there is something clickable there. and the second image is the screen I get when I try to click on it.

Can anyone help me figure out what is going on here??

    Hey @Ryan Legg,

It sounds like you're having a rough time with your Azure tenants. The fact that one tenant is disabled due to inactivity and the new one seems incomplete could definitely be concerning, especially since you want to use it for testing.

Here are some steps and resources that might help you resolve the issue:

    1. Inactive Tenant: Since your original Microsoft tenant was disabled because it was unused, you might want to follow the recommendations mentioned in this article to understand more about tenant inactivity: Inaccessible Tenant.
    2. Checking Active Tenant Details: If certain details are missing from the active tenant, it could indicate that the tenant may not be fully configured. Make sure there are no active subscriptions associated with this tenant. If it's a fresh setup, you might need to check if everything was configured correctly. Although the screenshots are unclear, they could provide more context. It might help to share those images again, if possible.
    3. No Subscription and Resources: JimmySalian-2011 mentioned that your tenant may not have any subscriptions or resources associated with it. Confirming this will help clarify whether the tenant is functional. You can check Subscription status here.
    4. Explore Tenant Settings: If the tenant settings appear broken (for example, a blank name field), it may be worth logging into the Azure portal and reviewing the tenant settings in detail. You can refer to how to configure Azure Active Directory as it might provide useful insights: Azure Active Directory Overview.
    5. Creating a New Tenant: If troubleshooting the existing tenant doesn't work out, consider setting up a new tenant. Make sure to configure it properly for testing purposes according to best practices shared in the Microsoft documentation.

After checking the above, if you still can't find a solution, I recommend gathering more information regarding:

    • The specific error messages you’re receiving when you try to access your tenant.
    • What other features or users are intended to be enabled on this tenant.
    • Any steps you've already tried to troubleshoot.

Hope this helps straighten things out for you! If you keep running into roadblocks, feel free to reach out again.
