If you have changed your iPhone and are unable to access the Microsoft Authenticator app, which is preventing you from logging into your accounts, you are likely experiencing a common issue related to multi-factor authentication (MFA). Since you mentioned that you have already opened a case, here are some steps you can take to regain access:

    1. Contact Microsoft Support: Since you are facing work loss due to the lack of access, it is crucial to escalate your case with Microsoft Support. Make sure to explain that you are the only administrator and that you need urgent assistance.
    2. Use Alternative Authentication Methods: If you have set up alternative authentication methods (like SMS or email), try using those to log in. If these options are not working, inform the support team.
    3. Request MFA Reset: As the sole administrator, you may need to request a reset of your MFA settings. The Microsoft Data Protection team can assist with this process. You can ask the support team to escalate your request to them.
    4. Create a Temporary Account: If you cannot reach support quickly, consider creating a temporary Microsoft 365 trial account. This will allow you to submit a support ticket on behalf of your locked account.

These steps should help you regain access to your accounts and minimize work disruption.
