Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

Have you uninstalled, changed or factory reset your mobile that might removed the email address from the Authenticator app?

If you no longer have access to any of the verification methods and the password is incorrect, you will have to replace the Security Information. Microsoft will not allow you to sign in unless the required security verification is completed.

So, on the Verify Your Identity Screen, select I don't have any of these and follow the prompts to replace the Security information.

Note: If you remove all of your previous security information and replace it with new information, your account will be placed in a restricted state for 30 days.

It's important to note that Microsoft Support will not be able to grant you access to your account, you will be sent back to the Account Recovery pages or the same guidelines I provided.

If your Microsoft account recovery request was not granted or was unsuccessful, please click the attached link for more information:

To regain access to your email account, you can follow these steps:

    1. Wait for Lockout Period: If you've attempted to reset your password multiple times, your account may be temporarily locked. It's best to wait for about 24 hours before trying again.
    2. Use Familiar Devices: When you attempt to fill out the recovery form again, make sure to do it from a device and location you have used previously. This can help in verifying your identity.
    3. Recovery Form: Since you mentioned that the recovery form has not been successful, ensure that you provide as much detailed information as possible, such as:
      • Subject lines of recent emails you sent.
      • Email addresses of your contacts.
      • Any previous passwords you remember.
    4. Contact Microsoft Support: If the recovery form continues to fail, you can try to contact Microsoft Support directly. You can do this by:
      • Visiting the Microsoft Support page.
      • Searching for "recover account" and selecting the option to contact support.
      • If you don’t have an account to sign in, you may need to create a new one to reach out for help.
    5. Try Different Browsers or Networks: If you are facing issues with the recovery process, consider trying a different web browser or network to see if that helps.
    6. Security Measures: If you regain access, ensure to update your recovery options and enable two-factor authentication to enhance your account security.

If you continue to face issues, it may take some persistence to work through Microsoft's automated recovery process, but providing detailed information will improve your chances of success.
