I mis-typed an email address and keep getting error code 4.4.7 notifications telling me the mail was undeliverable.

I know the email won't deliver because the address had a typo in it- so how do I stop these notifications?

    Nope, still coming.

2 initially 3 weeks ago when I first sent the email and now today I've had 4 every hour or so!

Hi. I'm Brian and I'll try to help.

These messages should stop on their own. The mail transport trying to deliver the message to the incorrect address is programmed to keep retrying periodically for up to five days. After that time, it should give up and the messages should cease.
