I just purchased Microsoft Office 19 and tried saving my first file. It said failed to upload: exceeded storage quota. I don't know why this is happening or how to fix it. I have windows 10 and 100GB memory on my drive.

    @Joshua Scholl
    According to your description, do you have Microsoft Office 2019?

    Where do you save the first file?
    The error message indicates it's going to a remote location.

    Please check whether the location that you saved to is under OneDrive folder.
    If yes, this issue is caused by insufficient space of OneDrive. The free space provided by each Microsoft account is 5G.
    Then you could clean it up to free up space.

    Or you could backup the data on your local OneDrive folder, then stop OneDrive from backing up your files. This cation could cancel syncing the files in this save location to OneDrive.

    Any updates, you may feel free to post back.
