When I'm trying to navigate to Pearson Vue website by clicking on "Schedule Exam" on Microsoft Learning page" after enter the address and contact details, I am getting an error "We encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later. If this issue continues, please contact site support."
I have contacted PearsonVue through live chat support , the officer asked me to called this number 0008004401837. But after calling it, the line was always busy.
I suspect is probably due to my account got lock up after failure to proceed to successful payment.
Hope that the support team can look into it and resolve my issue.

Are you seeing ERROR_VUE_WIDE_BLOCK in the URL when you try and schedule the exam?
ERROR_VUE_WIDE_BLOCK is typically because your account has been blocked by Pearson Vue which normally happens because of multiple failed payments. You need to contact Pearson Vue support using the link on https://aka.ms/CertificationSupport to get the block lifted.
