container event not working

I have a container event based on a storage queue. It was working but then stopped. I have tried rebuilding the event and the image but Nothing work. The log show it needs to run but it does not start.

    The current issue seems to be a Bug or Limitation with the Container App, you can raise a Bug request as GitHub issue here: https://github.com/microsoft/azure-container-apps/issues
