I cannot open a file and receive the following error code "Error 0x8007017C"

Are you able to download or open a file from OneDrive for web?

In the Windows search, 

Type cmd, right-click it, and choose Run as Administrator.

Execute this command:

reg add "HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\CldFlt" /v Start /t REG_DWORD /d 2 /f

Restart teh computer and let me know if it works.
