    Hi Nick Poulter

Thank you for reaching out to the Q&A Forum.
Could you please clarify the specific error message that your clients receive when attempting to send emails to you? For your convenience, you may quickly review the following Microsoft documentation to identify the error code and obtain guidance here: Email non-delivery report (NDR) and SMTP errors in Exchange Online - Exchange | Microsoft Learn

Additionally, please check whether your domain has expired or if there are any issues with your subscription in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.

I look forward to your response.

Note: Please follow the steps in our documentation to enable e-mail notifications if you want to receive the related email notification for this thread.

If you are not receiving emails from outside your company and clients are reporting that their emails are bouncing back, there could be several potential causes. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can consider:

    1. Check Email Server Status: Ensure that your email server is operational and not experiencing downtime or connectivity issues.
    2. Review Email Rules: Sometimes, email rules can inadvertently redirect or block incoming messages. Check if any rules have been set up that might affect incoming emails.
    3. Inspect Bounce Back Messages: Analyze the bounce back messages your clients receive. They often contain error codes or messages that can help identify the issue.
    4. Spam Filters: Verify if your spam filters are blocking legitimate emails. Adjust settings as necessary to allow emails from external sources.
    5. Email Configuration: Ensure that your email configuration settings are correct, including any SPF or DKIM records that might affect email delivery.
    6. Contact IT Support: If the issue persists, it may be beneficial to contact your IT support team or email service provider for further assistance.

These steps should help you identify and resolve the issue with not receiving emails from outside your organization.
