When an Azure subscription shows “disabled for security reasons due to suspicious activity or a Terms of Use violation,” it has been intentionally blocked by Azure Security/Fraud Prevention not by billing, credit expiry, or spending limits. This state can’t be fixed in the Azure portal (paying invoices, adding a card, or upgrading won’t help), and support engineers can’t override it. The only supported action is to submit a Support request for Security review (Azure portal → Help + Support → Subscription management → Subscription disabled). If the Security team confirms the decision.
1. Click the below click for Help + Support -> Create a Support Request
Azure support request link: create a support request.
Type Subscription.
Click Next after that click pen and select the subscription id you have are having issue.
After this select below options.
In Contact Support, create support request
The following screen appears
Click Next button in Recommended Solution
In Additional details add your problem description and in File Upload containing the detailed screenshot of the error you are facing.
In Preference contact method select either Email or Phone.
Click Review+Create and click Create button.
Your support ticket will be created and a mail will be sent.
You can track the support ticket in Azure portal using Help + Support, Recent Support tickets.
