spreadsheet compare

Hi,
We have office 365 for business license for our users. now we want to use spreadsheet compare for some of our users, but it looks like that is not installed with our office and when install the spreadsheet compare is not working too.

Any suggestion on how to get this to works?

    Please note that "Spreadsheet Compare is only available with Office Professional Plus 2013, Office Professional Plus 2016, Office Professional Plus 2019, or Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise".
